As the Bookkeeper/Accountant, you will be highly independent and play an integral role in the maintenance of financial records, reporting, and reconciliation tasks. In an effort to make your transition into this role as seamless as possible, we have outlined your responsibilities below:

- QuickBooks proficiency a must
- 2-year college minimum, highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Paychex Flex Knowledge a plus
- Daily management of Accounts Receivables/Payables for multiple companies
- Cash Flow Monitoring
- Prepare monthly journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly close
- Reconciliation of multiple credit cards
- Maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheets accounts
- Assist with the preparation/review of financial statements
- Process payroll for multiple companies (weekly, bi-weekly, and quarterly)
- Manage HR including forms, W/C, time-off, and other various tasks
- File Monthly Sales Tax Report
- Compile/maintain documents for insurance audits
- Generate reports, receipts, and documents to assist with tax preparation
- Setup new customer accounts and manage portals
- Assist in administrative duties within the office
- Other duties as needed
