Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment with proven skills
- Must be proficient and versatile in building trades: electrical, painting/sheetrock, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanics
- Respond to calls for assistance and minor repairs
- Assist in the performance of regular preventive maintenance procedures of plant and kitchen equipment, interior and exterior cosmetic maintenance, and fixture/furniture repairs
- Proficient in life safety systems operation and resetting
- Accomplish preventive maintenance on low pressure boilers, heat exchangers and their associated systems
- Maintain and provide preventive maintenance to plumbing systems including hot/cold and waste and vent
- Repair and adjust door hardware and door closures.
- Preform preventive maintenance on all kitchen and refrigeration equipment including cold door and drawer gasket replacement
- Ability to isolate or shutdown all utilities in case of an emergency
- Practical knowledge of resetting mechanical/electrical and kitchen systems after a power outage or power surge
- Ability to test and treat swimming pools and hot tubs if applicable
- Assist in the landscaping maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair casino and property equipment
- Maintain logs on equipment
- Proficiency in all phases of operation of fire panels
- Recommend needed parts for purchase, order parts and services if needed
- Responds to radio, telephone, and verbal requests for maintenance and repairs throughout the property
- Assists technicians in their training and duties as assigned
- Assist with administrative duties
- Assists with special projects such as installation and maintenance of surveillance equipment
- Responsible for supervising personnel and assisting Manager
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Ability to work safely with power tools

Five-year experience in two of the following categories:
- Electrical, Heating and Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Building repair, Carpentry, Large Pumps and Motors, Control circuits (PLC’s)
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Some computer operations may be necessary
- Some technical or commercial training necessary
- Troubleshoot, adjust and repair selected equipment
- DMV printout with 0 demerits
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
