This property features a modern interior with the latest slot machines and table games including Blackjack, Craps, and 3-Card Poker. Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist Guest Services Club Reps by working closely with the patrons
- Be familiar with all current and upcoming special events, promotions and entertainment as well as all casino activities
- Assist in marketing promotions
- Performs additional duties as requested by the Slot Supervisor, Slot Manager or MOD on shift if needed
- Maintain the slot areas and insure that the machines are in working order
- Load tickets, keep areas clean of garbage and dirty ashtrays
- Other tasks as needed
- Take jackpot photos and forward them to the Marketing Manager
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, gaming documents and troubleshooting manuals.
- Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work well with others and under stressful conditions.
- Computer skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
