Responsibilities Include:
Duties
- Able to operate Hay Squeeze or other Farm Equipment, Forklift, or Front End Loader
- Follows safety guidelines and participates in trainings.
- Operates hay squeeze equipment safely, efficiently, and effectively.
- Perform pre-operation equipment checks and safety inspections daily
- Load and unload products from/to field, storage, customer’s vehicle, company vehicles and vendors as directed in a courteous, safe, and timely manner
- Load and unload products manually in a safe manner
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Delivers product in a safe and timely manner.
- Communicates to co-workers, management, customers, and vendors in a courteous and effective manner
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform Other Duties as Assigned.
Experience
- 1-2 years experience in operating heavy equipment or farm equipment. Education/training cannot be substituted for previous work experience.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery operations.
- Previous experience operating a hay squeeze is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
