Position Overview:
We’re seeking a driven and personable Outside Sales Professional to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys hunting new business, and knows how to build long-lasting client relationships. You’ll be the face of Apple Valley Waste in your territory, managing existing accounts while actively seeking out new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and territory outreach
· Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in assigned markets
· Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
· Conduct site visits, assessments, and service evaluations as needed
· Manage pipeline, CRM entries, and forecasting with accuracy and accountability
