We are looking for a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our growing team! This in-person role is based in Woodville, OH and plays a crucial part in keeping our projects on track. What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage schedules for roofing and construction projects
Coordinate with project managers, crews, and homeowners to ensure efficient workflow
Monitor and adjust schedules based on project changes, emergencies, or resource availability
Maintain accurate records of job scheduling and completion details
Work with our team to optimize scheduling processes and resolve conflicts
Track labor and productivity performance using key reports and scheduling tools
Ensure all scheduling data is updated and communicated to relevant departments
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 1 year in scheduling, logistics, or project coordination (preferred)
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Tech-Savvy: Experience with scheduling software or tools (preferred)
Problem Solver: Ability to adapt to changes and find efficient solutions
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
