Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appliance installation processes and a keen eye for detail. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for delivering and installing appliances and ensuring quality workmanship. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Installation of appliances from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct site assessments to determine requirements and develop installation plans accordingly.
- Utilize tools to test electrical connections and ensure proper functionality of installed systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the installation process.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used, time spent, and any issues encountered.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installation activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an installation role
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques and best practices in the industry.
- Familiarity with using relevant tools for testing and troubleshooting.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per day
