Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and leading a team of installers. This role requires a strong background in various installation techniques to include siding, replacement windows, carpentry, roofing and some basic plumbing and electrical knowledge. The Lead Installer will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards on the job site while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively for various installation tasks.
- Perform required skills to complete assigned tasks. Deck building, roofing, siding, windows, bathroom remodels, floor and roof coatings.
- Ensure all installations are in accordance with industry standards.
- Train and mentor junior installers, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations.
Skills
- Proficiency in the use of power tools and some heavy equipment operation. (lifts and telehandlers.
- Strong skills in carpentry, siding and window installation and roofing.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to installation work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills to manage a team effectively.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with installations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
