Responsibilities :
Install HVAC systems in residential and / or commercial settings, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Lead and mentor junior HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support.
Train and develop team members on technical skills and best practices.
Ensure the team adheres to quality standards and safety protocols.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high levels of performance.
Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical details and addressing their questions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety regulations and industry best practices.
Participate in company-sponsored training and development opportunities.
Qualifications :
3 years of experience in HVAC installation.
EPA Universal certification (required).
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.1
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
Weekend availability.
Ability to complete all necessary paperwork.
Commercial HVAC and oil experience are a plus!
