Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems in residential and/or commercial settings, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor junior HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Train and develop team members on technical skills and best practices.
- Ensure the team adheres to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high levels of performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical details and addressing their questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Participate in company-sponsored training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- EPA Universal certification (required).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.1
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Weekend availability.
- Ability to complete all necessary paperwork.
- Commercial HVAC and oil experience are a plus!
