HVAC Lead Installer:
Schar Heating & Cooling is looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work, want to provide customers with a great experience, and value personal integrity. Is that you? Well, we are a "go to" installer for new construction, commercial and residential replacement of gas, heat pumps, boilers and geothermal units. Qualifications:
- High personal integrity
- 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- Motivated to learn and to provide quality experiences to customers
- Has EPA certification with knowledge of applicable installation codes
- Possesses a valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record
- Willing to work in tight spaces such as in attics and furnace rooms and in a variety of weather conditions
- Able to lift 75 pounds
