Description
Job Duties Include the Following:
- Takes reservations and register overnight campground guests. In Person, over the phone or by email.
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage the store multi-line phone system.
- Input customer data into customer management system.
- Provide customers with company information, store hours, and answer general questions.
- Conduct general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying.
- Fills Propane bottles and Motor-home propane tanks
- Other duties assigned by management.
- Distributes messages to guests and new upcoming event flyers
- Light cleaning of office
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior office experience is a preferred.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
