Completing management tasks such as :
Manager and maintain gym budgetOversee all sales revenue, process, and systemsManage monitor and evaluate the performance of all gym-related managersMonitor the hiring, training, retention, and development of all gym staffPrimarily schedule all staff to include trainers, managers and sales teamsProperly delegate, monitor and evaluate responsibilities and results of sales teams through the sales managersDevelop succession planning strategiesCompleting Operational tasks such as :
Ensuring that our members have the highest level of service and hospitality in a high-volume retail environment through personal engagement and the development of staffExecute effective decision making regarding all member services issuesPlan, promote and participate in all special events for the Gym on a monthly basis (Corporate Marketing can help assist)Effectively maintain the facility at all times using maintenance, janitorial and housekeeping staffThere are some MUST HAVES :
High school diploma (Bachelor's degree strongly preferred)CPR Certification or ability to get within 30 days of hireExcellent sales, communication, and customer service skillsHave knowledge and understanding of marketing while being promotionally orientedAble to direct and drive sales through various methods to include community outreachMust be able to successfully understand testing requirements to include gym tours, telephone inquiries, counselor planner audits, guest card audit, lead box / bowl program, referral programs, and corporate outreach programs.Entrepreneurial spirit with open, participative leadership style and drive for excellenceAbility to achieve and maintain acceptable and aggressive goals for the facilityBasic to advanced computer skillsStrong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanorDesire to be better than you ever have beforeASK YOURSELF IF YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES.....
