When you come to work youll:
- Greet and check in all members
- Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
- Handle correspondence
- Set up new memberships, sell retail products
- Sell personal training packages
- Keep the reception area clean and well-organized
- Conduct guest tours
- Perform outreach
- Assist with clubs daily maintenance
- Other tasks as assigned by management
There are some MUST HAVES:
- Current CPR Certification is required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication
- Basic accounting principles, cash processing and computer skills
