Key Responsibilities:

- Enforce club rules and policies, promoting proper execution of procedures.
- Manage hiring and staffing processes to maintain a fully engaged team.
- Drive results and continuous improvement in Service and Fitness categories through strong business acumen and individualized communication.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of progressive management experience with measurable outcomes of employee development and promotion.
- 5-7 years of broad retail/hospitality/operations industry experience.
- Experience managing P&L reports and demonstrating math and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated success managing through defined strategy and delegation.
