Job Description / Duties / Responsibilities :

The Part Finisher is responsible for the final finishing processes of industrial 3D printed manufactured parts, ensuring that each piece meets the highest quality standards. This role involves meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of various finishing techniques, including sanding and polishing.

Key Responsibilities

• Sanding : Smooth and finish parts using various sanding techniques and tools to ensure a flawless surface free of imperfections.
• Polishing : Polish parts to achieve a high-quality finish, enhancing their appearance and durability.
• Quality Inspection : Thoroughly inspect parts for defects, applying an eye for detail to identify and rectify any issues.
• Tool Maintenance : Maintain and care for all tools and equipment used in the finishing process, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
• Documentation : Keep accurate records of work performed, including any discrepancies or issues encountered during the finishing process.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to ensure all finishing tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
