Job Description / Duties / Responsibilities :
Job Summary
The Post Process Technician is responsible for starting builds on printers, removing parts from Platform build, washing prototype models and placing in UV oven.
Primary Job Functions
Remove parts from Platform
Wash and cure Models
Perform visionary check on running printers
Remove platform from machine when build is complete
Document build information
Printer start-up
Ensure work areas are kept clean and orderly
Minimum Skills / Mandatory Skills / Experience Needed for Hire :
Experience
6 months of related experience required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to delicately hand wash small parts using various hand tools
Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and / or up to 30 pounds frequently
Attention to detail Safety Supplies
Required / Provided / Entering & Parking / Dress Code / Additional Information / etc. :
Working Environment / Physical Demands
This position requires the ability to stand, stoop, and bend for a minimum of 8 hours per day
This position requires the manual dexterity sufficient to operate common manufacturing machinery and hand tools.
Must speak clearly using the English language to accurately convey information and be able to hear at normal speaking levels.
Must be able to visually read the work instructions, gages, and monitors required to complete daily tasks.
Regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds, frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally required to lift up to 100 pounds.
Safety Requirements
Required to observe all safety standards and rules.
Required to report all injuries to his / her supervisor and Human Resources within 24 hours.
Personal protection equipment must be worn as required by the job.
