Summary :
The Project Manager Alternate serves as the primary backup to the Project Manager Analyst, ensuring continuity of operations, compliance with Task Order (TO) requirements, and quality control for the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Central Region U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Cavazos and Fort Bliss Army Community Service (ACS). This role assists in managing project performance, supporting compliance efforts, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions :
- Assist in the development of functional programs.
- Assist in tracking and evaluation of ongoing operations.
- Review forms and reports, and confer with users about format, distribution, and purpose to identify problems and improvements.
- Collect, maintain, and process data.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries.
- Use mathematical, statistical, econometric or other scientific methods and techniques in analyzing problems.
- Analyze and review a wide variety of plans and related operations and recommend changes to improve efficiency.
- Provide direct support for technical and operational activities.
- Oversee plans and operation of all types to ensure compliance with standards and special requirements.
- Assist in the conduct of conferences and working meetings. Identify sources of relevant information and data.
- Plan and establish record and data storage and retrieval systems.
- Conduct prevention education program activity assessments, evaluate data, monitor status of operations including follow-up, and develop new strategic level recommendations.
- Assist in the conduct of conferences and working meetings.

- Provide onsite supervisory functions to Contractor personnel at that location.
