Summary:
Goldbelt Frontier LLC is seeking a Contract Manager to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Business Operations and Executive Support Services (BOESS).
Expected 5-year contract contingent upon award.
Essential Job Functions:
- Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
- Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
- Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledgeable in policy proposals and program documents.
- Ability to handle efficiently and effectively multiple and shifting priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
