Job Summary
A key contributor to supporting the growth of the company’s Ecom business both on Amazon Seller Central and on retailer specific Ecom sites. The ideal candidate will support the sales managers with item set ups including graphic and content uploads, analysis, planning and tracking and reporting on the business. This position will support both the Sr. Manager of Ecom as well as the SVP Sales.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Knowledge and understanding of digital/online space
- Operate daily within retailer platforms with a focus on Amazon Seller Central
- Support growth on Walmart and Target Ecom platforms
- Optimize product detail pages through content updates
- Create new items by generating, completing, & uploading product upload templates correctly for individual listings as well as product variations
- Continuously learn and stay updated with Amazon's platform changes, policies, and industry trends
- Monitor product performance indicators including product reviews, VOTC, customer feedback, & customer questions
- Manage sales reporting
- Conduct key ad-hoc analysis to help understand business and competitor trends
- Responsible for new item set up within retailer platforms
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum of 3-5 years analytical/sales experience with consumer goods experience
- Amazon experience is required
- Knowledge of data analytics
- Advanced Excel (e.g. pivot tables) and Microsoft Office products required
- PowerBI experience preferred
- Ability to learn and understand customer specific data
- Analytical thinker
- Ability to collaborate in a multi-functional team setting and work synergistically with others while exhibiting respect and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Well organized with ability to prioritize and self-manage workload
- Ability to take ownership of issues and ensure timely resolution
- Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be okay working in a dog friendly office

- Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000 DOE
- Status: Full-Time
- Dually Reports to: SVP of Sales and Sr Manager of Ecommerce Sales

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
