Key Roles and Responsibilities
· Manage reporting initiatives by overseeing Power testing, and facilitate project stand-ups and sprint planning. BI and Excel reporting efforts. Write business requirements, design and test new reports, collaborate with stakeholders for user acceptance
· Administer Excel-based models by collaborating with internal teams to identify upgrade features, develop data pipeline updates, perform QA testing, guide UAT committees, and use macros to roll out changes to production. Provide tech support via email tickets, training sessions, and a knowledge base.
· Prepare established Power BI reports tracking sales, margin, inventory, and KPI dashboards. Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed.
· Provide financial decision support around new product lines or business opportunities.
· Responsible for annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting models and processes.
· Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement, with curiosity and motivation to always be asking how we could do better.
The ideal candidate:
· Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science.
· Expert level Excel skills with intermediate VBA coding.
· Proficiency with Power BI.
· JDE Oracle experience preferred.
· 3 years’ experience in CPG, retail, wholesale, or other analytical field such as consulting.
· 5 years’ FP&A experience.
· Proven ability to translate business metrics into actionable insights and create standardized reporting tools.
· Ability to be proactive working with limited supervision in an ambiguous environment.
· Must be okay to work in a dog friendly office

· Salary Range: $115,000-$125,000
· Status: Full-Time

Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
