This role requires a deep understanding of the energy industry, excellent networking abilities, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies aimed at increasing our footprint in project management, construction, and engineering staffing within the energy sector.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and client needs specific to project management and engineering roles in energy.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment between client needs and staffing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our expertise in energy staffing.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, providing insights and strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote services and establish relationships within the construction and engineering sectors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management focused on project management, construction, or engineering in the energy sector.
