The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong understanding of the energy sector, excellent business development skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our energy staffing services, focusing on project management, construction, and engineering roles.
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and client needs specific to project management and engineering roles in energy.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment between client needs and staffing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our expertise in energy staffing.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, providing insights and strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote services and establish relationships within the construction and engineering sectors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management focused on project management, construction, or engineering in the energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and engineering principles as they apply to energy projects.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop successful business strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
