The Branch Manager / Senior Escrow Officer for DF Title, LLC dba Golden Dog Title & Trust will build and lead a high-performing full-service title and escrow agency. As a key leader, you will oversee the daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to our parent company, Dream Finders Homes, Inc. (NASDAQ: DFH), in a manner compliant with Golden Dog Title & Trust policies and procedures in the state of Colorado.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serving as the Designated On-Site Manager for the title insurance agent and administering and managing day-to-day operations at the license holder's principal place of business in Colorado
- Serving as a licensed and appointed Escrow Officer for the title insurance agency.
- Reviewing CD/HUD-1 and all other closing documents for quality control (May also prepare closing documents, review title, send binders, fund loans, and assist other branches with the multi-state transactions).
- Directs and manages workflow.
- Ability to resolve title issues (e.g. corrective deeds, vesting, federal tax liens, abstracts of judgment, bankruptcies, mineral rights, boundary disputes and encroachments)
- Understands state real estate regulations and guidelines.
- Prepare related reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of operations.
- Maintains relationship with vendor partners to develop business opportunities, aligning branch goals with business unit goals.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Maintains cordial relationship with realtors, lenders, builders, buyers and sellers to promote/solicit business.
- Adheres to company policies and guidelines.
Experience, Skills, Knowledge:
- 5 or more years of Title & Escrow experience.
- Colorado Escrow License and Notary are required.
- Two to three years of management experience required.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic finance skills to be able to understand and interpret financial statements.
- SoftPro experience a plus
- Builder Title experience preferred.

Compensation: $75,000 to $125,000
