Kickapoo Tribe Food Distribution Warehouse worker

Tasks Include:

• Stocking, loading/unloading of foods. Load foods into clients' vehicles. Unload foods from bigger monthly trucks and smaller biweekly fresh produce trucks.
• Housekeeping & organization of warehouse. Sweep, mop and stocking foods in warehouse.
• Daily temperature checks of warehouse, freezers and coolers
• Operating computer to issue food to clients and receipting foods into inventory.
• Monthly inventory of warehouse

Skills required:

• Decent computer/technology skills
• Simple filing skills
• Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 40lbs
• Good customer service. communication & listening skills.

Other requirements include:

• Must have email address & phone to login to IFMS/USDA website.
• Ability to work in freezing environment for short periods of time
• MUST MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY OF CLIENTS

Hours:

• Monday thru Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. 30 min lunch 12:00 PM- 12:30 PM.

Pay:

• 15.75 an hour
