Summary:
Individual is able to perform the duties of a dealer or floor supervisor depending on the needs and requirements of each shift. While in the role of a supervisor, they must perform all supervisor related duties. While in the role of dealer, they must perform all dealer related duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Floor Supervisor:
- Monitors staff performance, ensuring adherence to Casino policies and procedures.
- Trains and evaluates new dealers
- Maintains constant awareness of floor activity and ensures proper game protection procedures are being followed.
- Responsible for protection of the bank roll, the playing public and the Golden Eagle Casino’s integrity
- Maintains and/or enforces the Golden Eagle Casino’s rules of play
- Initiates gaming table fill/credit procedures
- Observes the removal of gaming table drop boxes
- Places into service/removes from service gaming table dice and cards
- Monitors compliance and prepares documents relating to federal currency transaction regulations
- Rates gaming table customer’s play
- Verifies gaming chip purchases with cash at the gaming tables
- Settles customers disputes
- May assume duties as a dealer
As a Dealer:
- Performs all duties associated with the dealing of all Class II and Class III Casino Table Games
Education and/ or Experience:
· Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred
· 6 months or more of related Table Games experience and/or training preferred
· Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
