What you'll do:

• Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
• Coordinate with content creators, editors, and niche researchers to bring innovative marketing campaigns to life.
• Help set up operational infrastructure to support future clients and team members as we grow.
• Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and viral content—yes, scrolling is part of the job.
• Oversee campaign timelines, ensuring every deliverable is met with precision.
• Write and edit engaging marketing copy, client updates, and internal briefs.

What we're looking for:

• Based in New York City
• 2-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation—whether at a company or building a personal brand.
• Experience working with influencers.
• Operational excellence and obsessive attention to detail (seriously, you notice everything).
• Top-tier communication skills—you can craft a perfect email, hop on a client call with confidence, and translate ideas into actionable plans.
• A love for clever marketing and an understanding of what makes content go viral.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing team.
• Comfortable with social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, or AI-powered content tools) to assist with content ideation, scripting, and workflow efficiency.
• Proficiency in key collaboration & marketing tools: Google Drive, Excel, Dropbox, Notion, Canva
