Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex of documents, such as technical journals, financial reports and legal documents. Ability to write effective letters, memos, speeches, and articleLAs for publication. Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from staff members at all levels, guests, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings. Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups.

- Orchestrates and arranges banquets and special events.
- Schedules food servers, bartenders, organize bar and bar requirements.
- Assists with room set-up for banquets and special events.
- Provides personal service to clients in reference to banquets and special events.
- Reserves and coordinates particulars for in-house use of banquet room.
- Administrates all paperwork regarding banquet checks, tip allocations, banquet forecasts and collecting balances due.
- Reserves and coordinates particulars for in-house use of banquet facilities.

Qualifications
- Three years in catering and banquet sales
- Previous experience working in a team or group environment and able to interact with others in a professional and courteous manner
- Proven experience providing high level of guest service
- Working knowledge of general computer programs, including the MSWord and Excel
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 2 years of college preferred
- Able to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
- Able to accurately perform intermediate math
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States

- Nye County Liquor License
- Driver's License
- 10-Year Driving History
- Frequently lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 75 pounds
