Golden Furniture Inc is looking for one office assistant to join our company. Our office assistant is required to speak Chinese and English. This position is primarily responsible for Greeting visitors, answering and routing phone calls.
Job Duty:
· Greeting customers, answering phones, answering customer emails, checking on orders for customers.
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Assist with placement of orders.
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Advise on company information.
· Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
· This position will take payments and enter sales, also will assist our book keeper with payroll duties.
