In addition to your receptionist duties, you'll also have the chance to participate in veterinary technician tasks, assisting our dedicated doctors and team. Your responsibilities may include animal restraint, taking vital signs (temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate), assisting with medication management through internal and external pharmacies, and helping maintain a clean and sanitized space for our furry patients.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information and directing calls as necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry and document preparation.
- Provide support to office management by assisting with various administrative tasks.
- Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Experience with EzyVet veterinary practice software is helpful

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
