We’re Looking For A : Studio Equipment Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations for the Video Production Team’s equipment and props. This includes purchase, maintenance, repair, inventory, transportation, storage, cleaning, and liquidation of equipment and props. They are responsible for providing the proper equipment for the job, either on-site or off-site, as well as ensuring equipment returns back to the studio safely. This role will make recommendations for alternative equipment and will help reduce organizational cost through product standardization and tracking.

What You’ll Be Doing :
- Lead the coordination, tracking, and distribution of all rental, leased, and company production equipment and props.
- Maintain record of full equipment and prop list, as well as provide updates with new additions.
- Create digestible step by step documents and tutorials for asset management systems and DIT workflows.
- Inspect and perform maintenance and repair on production gear, technical equipment, and props.
- Perform tests regularly on equipment and maintain updated software as needed.
- Answer questions or concerns from the field, as well as offer technical resolution or provide troubleshooting on demand.
- Assist in providing recommendations for purchases of new and / or alternative equipment.
- Consult with Producers, Cinematographers, and Directors regarding potential and required equipment needed for production.
- Perform comparative pricing research, determining cost, potential usage, reliability, and compatibility of new equipment with existing inventory to present to Management for approval; as well as source gear in other cities for remote shoots upon request.
- Transports equipment off site to production and back to studio.
- Liquidate unused equipment in favor of equipment that fits current workflow, as approved by Managers.
- Create invoices and manage billing to Production for gear and prop rentals, as well as purchases.
- Implement and / or maintain DIT workflow for digital assets while on set and in post. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Golden Perks & Benefits :
The base salary range is $21.06-$28.08, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
