We're Looking For A(n) : People Experience & Programs Intern to play a key role in enhancing our workplace culture by supporting initiatives that drive connection, engagement, and a sense of belonging. You will support internal and external content creation, community management, people programs, and new hire orientation to help create a meaningful and seamless employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, communication, and culture—a creative thinker with strong organizational skills who enjoys bringing people together through impactful experiences.
Location : Remote, HQ in Woodland Hills CA
What You'll Be Doing :
- Social Media & Community Engagement
Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for both internal and external platforms focused on internal campaigns and communication, as well as external employer branding efforts.
Help coordinate People Program logistics (Mentorship Program communications & pairings, Business Acumen Training with different internal speakers, etc.) and track program engagement.
Assist in organizing and potentially facilitating parts of new hire orientation sessions.

The base salary range is $17-$20.
