Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to various departments within the company and assist with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Type and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently
- Assist with data entry tasks as required
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical receptionist procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
