**Job Description:**

We are seeking an adaptable and highly organized Administrative/Personal Assistant to support our leadership team and help ensure the smooth running of both our construction and zoo operations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of juggling administrative responsibilities with personal assistance tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for construction and zoo team members.

- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

- Maintain organized records and files (digital and physical) related to construction projects and zoo operations.

- Assist with budget tracking and financial documentation, including QuickBooks tasks.

- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.

- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.

- Act as a point of contact between departments to ensure seamless communication.

- Manage personal errands, tasks, and projects for leadership as needed.

- Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and QuickBooks.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Ability to adapt to a diverse range of tasks in construction and zoo operations.

- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage both professional and personal tasks with discretion and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekends as needed
