Position: PTS Production Team Member
Status: Part-time, temporary, seasonal (PTS); 6- 30 hours per week
Compensation: Starting at $16.50 per/hr
Working Relationship(s): The PTS Production Team Member will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with the entire production team and a number of GHD stakeholders.

Schedule & Availability:
- Availability for part-time hours Monday–Friday
- Weekends and holidays may be required during peak seasons
- Flexible hours ranging from 6–30 hours per week depending on production needs
Duties & Responsibilities:
Production [70%]
- Assemble jewelry, accessories, and home goods in accordance with design specifications with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Maintain consistency and efficiency while upholding high quality standards
- Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, ensuring they meet Golden Hour Designs’ standards.
- Package and prepare products for shipment with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed production deadlines.
Inventory management [20%]
- Track materials and supplies used daily and record data into a digital production system.
- Receive incoming inventory, verify contents against purchase orders, and input data accurately.
- Proactively monitor inventory and stay attentive to stock levels of evergreen products.
- Manage inventory by updating records and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts.
Shop Tasks [5%]
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Complete daily and weekly shop tasks as outlined on the Production information board.
Communication & Support [5%]
- Use Slack regularly to communicate and receive production updates; expected to read and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
- Assist with miscellaneous support tasks and special projects as assigned by the owner/management.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in jewelry-making, retail production, or a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new systems.
- Intermediate skill in using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail with an ability to maintain accurate records.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of professionalism; able to handle difficult situations (such as change) with diplomacy and tact.
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Job Location: Due to the nature of its responsibilities, this position is required to 100% on-site
