Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant in Tamarac, FL is looking for a General Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Golden Krust Caribbean Bakery and Restaurant (locally-owned & operated) is looking for dynamic and dedicated individuals to join us as Restaurant Managers in Florida . As a leader in one of the world's most recognized brands, you'll ensure excellent service, serve amazing food, maintain operational standards, and contribute to the success of your team and restaurant.

Responsibilities

*Leadership: Guide, motivate, and mentor your team to achieve their best. *Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with Golden Krust Ownerships' standards. *Customer Service: Ensure every guest receives outstanding service and a memorable dining experience. *Training & Development: Train and develop team members to uphold Golden Krust's quality and service standards. *Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.

Qualifications

*Previous experience in restaurant, retail management or a similar role. *Strong leadership and communication skills. *A passion for customer service and team development. *Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. *High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or business management are a plus. *Reliable & Dependable transportation *Food Handling Certificate
