Description:
Customer Service Rep Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work fully in person at our office location and attend industry Conferences.
- Accurately describe products and services offered at Golden Manufacturing and leave Marketing Materials with referral sources.
- Obtain customers information if marketer is not actively in the community will assist in taking calls.
- Answer telephone calls from individuals requesting assistance or inquiring about boat lifts.
- Schedule lunches for perspective local professional referral sources
- Respond to questions from individuals requesting services and promote Golden Manufacturing clearly, with integrity, honesty and loyalty to the mission statement
- Achieve daily goals as outlined by supervisor (weekly updated CRM)
- Work as a team to drive results
- Work autonomously as a self-starter regarding daily activities
- Demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, Office and Outlook
- Maintain attention to detail and proactive work ethic
- To comply with all ongoing required work trainings
- Complete goals, tasks and performance measures as outlined by submitting weekly, monthly reports and quarterly marketing plan
- Submit reports as directed by Business Development Manager
- Any additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor, regarding team goals
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing, and coordinating a variety of duties and tasks for the Business Development Manager
- Updating and adding regular social media posts.
- Employee will utilize CRM software while working in the community.
- Input orders clearly and accurately.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or other specific business and Program/Office related software.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- HS diploma or higher, minimum 2 years' experience

- Cleared background check.
- Provided at least two professional references.
- Completed applications, resume and education if requested.
