About the Role:
A warm and engaging family in Franklin Lakes is looking for a creative, active, and organized nanny to care for their two fun-loving boys. This role involves engaging in enriching activities, assisting with developmental milestones, and maintaining a structured but fun environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan interactive learning activities and encourage developmental growth
- Assist with school pickups (family vehicle provided)
- Prepare healthy meals for the children
- Help with children’s laundry and keeping play areas tidy
- Occasionally stay late (1–3 times per month)
About the Children:
- 7-year-old: Curious, energetic, and academically advanced with a passion for geography and languages. Has ADHD and thrives with structure and engaging conversation.
- 3-year-old: Outgoing, playful, and loves outdoor activities. Enjoys learning letters and playing creatively.
Qualifications:
- Experience caring for multiple children, preferably in a nanny or childcare role
- Background in early childhood education or child development is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a structured routine
- Energetic, creative, and engaging with a passion for learning and play
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (family vehicle provided)
- Comfortable working alongside work-from-home parents
- Flexibility to stay late occasionally
