Full-Time Nanny Needed in Bethesda, MD

Start Date: End of March 2025
Schedule:

• Monday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Tuesday, Wednesday: Flexible Hours

Compensation: $25 – $30 per hour Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, and Paid Personal Days

About the Family

A warm and welcoming family in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a nurturing and experienced nanny to care for their newborn daughter. Dad works from home full-time, and Mom will be returning to work in mid-April. The family is looking for a long-term nanny who will become an integral part of their household.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care for the newborn
• Support feeding routines, including breastfeeding support and bottle feeding
• Assist in maintaining a consistent nap schedule
• Monitor and respond to the baby’s needs throughout the day
• Engage in gentle, age-appropriate developmental activities
• Assist with baby-related household tasks, including laundry and bottle sterilization
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in baby-related areas

Ideal Candidate

The family is looking for a nanny who is:

• Experienced in newborn and infant care
• Warm, patient, and nurturing
• Organized and proactive in daily routines
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working alongside a work-from-home parent
• Has their own reliable transportation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous professional experience caring for newborns/infants
• Strong understanding of infant feeding, sleep routines, and developmental milestones
• Infant CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to commit to a long-term role with the family
