Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional service? Our 61-room inn is looking for a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our warm and welcoming team! This part-time position is perfect for those who can bring a gracious and inviting experience to our guests while enjoying a positive work environment.
Position Details:
- Shift: Morning Shift - 7:00am to 3:00pm, Sundays & Mondays.
- Role: Front Desk Agent
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service from inquiry to departure.
- Greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and issue room keys.
- Maintain accurate data in our hotel operating system.
- Address guest requests and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Manage guest accounts, including cash and credit transactions.
- Drive our 8-passenger van for guest transfers to/from the airport (no special license required).
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1-2 years of front desk experience, hotel experience preferred.
- Skills: Composure, flexibility, adaptability, and a genuine enjoyment of working with guests and team members.
- Reliability: Proven dependable with a great attendance record.
- License: Valid driver’s license is required.
