◊ To maintain accurate player tracking in accordance with established policies and procedures, the State of Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicable municipal, state, and federal laws or regulations.

◊ Provide exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

◊ Accurately track player transactions through the player tracking system

◊ Maintain a clean table games area.

◊ Provide exceptional customer service.

◊ Provides personal attention and assistance to customers. Verifies customer winning and explains gaming rules and regulations, as necessary.

◊ Performs duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, including special attention to underage gaming as well as recommendations to management in reference to alcohol consumption by patrons.

◊ Always maintains a general awareness of table operations.

◊ Handle and resolve minor employee issues such as schedules and dealer rotations.

◊ Maintains knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures as provided by Table Games management.

◊ Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed, and directed.

Pay Range

USD $25.00 - USD $27.00 /Hr.
