The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the scheduling, creation, execution, and analysis of the Golden Nugget Lake Charles email marketing program. This role is a key part of the marketing team, working collaboratively with all members to enhance brand visibility and engagement through strategic email marketing campaigns. As a full-time position reporting to the Database Marketing Manager, this position offers the opportunity to drive impactful marketing initiatives, optimize audience reach, and contribute to the overall success of the brand’s digital presence.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with marketing, graphic design, and database marketing to create and deliver email communications for various audiences including but not limited to Golden Nugget Lake Charles promotions, events, entertainment, and other amenities and offerings
- Oversee daily email marketing operations to ensure that emails are completed and deployed on time
- Daily monitoring of campaign and performance
- Segment email lists and develop systems for various audiences
- Assist the graphic design and web development teams in producing effective creative
- Measure effectiveness of email campaigns through regular analysis and collaborating with marketing leadership.
- Writing and editing content for email distribution.
- Analyze email performance and generate performance reports
Qualifications
- Strong HTML & CSS skills for email development
- Proven graphic design experience (including logo design and theme creation for promotional events)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (editing, formatting, planning data)
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
- Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus
