Dual Rate Floor Supervisor/ Dealer

The Dual Rate Floor Supervisor/ Dealer is responsible for supervising the Dealers in an assigned section of the casino floor. This role is also responsible for providing a pleasant gaming experience to guests while exhibiting a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dish machine and pot sinks are well maintained and calibrated to comply with sanitation codes
• Sweep and mops floor
• Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• Remove all garbage and recyclables
• Break down, cleans, and sanitizes the dish machine and pot sinks at the end of a shift
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized
• Utilize safe and sanitary procedures
  
  

Qualifications

• Know how to deal Mini Baccarat or Craps as well as three other games
• Ability to mentally add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly
• Graduation from Dealers school
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum 2 years previous dealing experience
• Effective communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
