We are a growing health insurance company dedicated to providing top-quality services to our agents. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team and manage commission payments, track payments, and generate reports.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process commission payments to agents accurately and on time.
- Maintain and track commission payment records to ensure accuracy.
- Generate reports on received and pending payments.
- Reconcile payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service to agents regarding commission-related inquiries.
- Assist in general accounting tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer operations and payment processing.
- Strong skills in report generation and data tracking.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Experience working with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
