Job Summary:

As a Sales/Service Consultant at Golden Rule, you will embark on an exciting journey to develop your skills and knowledge in Plumbing and sales. Throughout our 3-month program, you will be exposed to a well-balanced mix of classroom instruction, hands-on training, and valuable field experiences, including ride-a-longs with our experienced service technicians.

• Provide 5-star customer service.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose Plumbing concerns inside the customer’s home
• Offer the customer multiple options for repair or replacement

Plumbing Sales/Service Consultants have three leading roles:

• 
  Consultant Mindset: Confidently ask customers questions, listen closely, provide clear and honest answers, and offer multiple solutions to serve and sell effectively.
• Safety Advisor: Identify and solve safety issues in customers’ homes, using straightforward explanations to highlight the importance of reducing risks and ensuring family safety.
• Technical Expert: Explain technical details to customers and perform necessary repairs, making their homes safer and more comfortable.

Job Requirements:

• Strong passion for pursuing a career in the trades/sales industry
• Exceptional customer service skills and a desire to provide a world-class customer service experience
• Sales-driven mindset with a commitment to contributing to the company’s growth
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
• Must present a professional image by arriving on time, being neat and well-groomed
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check
