Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest payments accurately using the POS system.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations is essential.
- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for order processing and payments.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $4.00 - $6.00 per hour
