Job Responsibilities:

Customer Payment Processing: Post customer payments by recording electronic funds transfers (EFT), checks, and credit card transactions. Ensure that these transactions match with bank records.

Revenue Posting: Post revenues by verifying order information and converting it into invoices. Send out invoices to customers on a daily basis.

Account Discrepancy Resolution: Verify and resolve account discrepancies by gathering and investigating information from sales transactions, various departments, and customers.

Collections Management: Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, and credit lines. Facilitate payment of invoices by sending reminders and contacting clients.

Account Reconciliation: Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Audit Support: Assist with annual audits and respond to bank audit requests.

Confidentiality: Protect GST's value by keeping financial information confidential.
Qualifications:
