General Manager - Rental Communications

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our rental operations team. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will drive rental growth and profitability while fostering a positive and productive work environment for our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive rental growth and profitability.

Lead and manage a high-performing rental team, including recruitment, training, and development.

Optimize rental operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

Oversee departmental budgets, financial performance, and P&L.

Continue to develop FileMaker as the application to manage the business.

Conduct regular calls with key customers to ensure their satisfaction and build a long-term relationship.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all safety and company standards.

Drive continuous improvement in sales, profitability, and cash flow.

Grow rental services through product diversification and market expansion.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree Strongly Preferred: In business administration, operations management, or a related field.

5 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a strong track record of success in leading and managing teams.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).

Strong understanding of operational processes, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
