You will be individually responsible for small and medium-sized accounts and work in tandem with other members of the team on customer accounts. - Developing lasting helpful relationships in-person with our customer base through sales
- Communicating with customers on a regular basis in a way that adds value
- Learning customer's objectives and up-selling the appropriate tools
- Scheduling follow-ups with customers and gather feedback
- Staying up to date on all industry compliance standards and protocols
- Undergraduate Degree preferred or HS with some work experiences
- Relevant experience in one or more of the following: customer service, marketing, sales, or account management
- A basic understanding of customer service principals
- Good written communication skills
- Must be willing to travel occasionally
