Payroll Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Concord client and take ownership of processing payroll for approximately 200 multi-state employees. This is an onsite role with a focus on ensuring timely and accurate bi-weekly payroll for a mix of salaried and hourly staff (all non-union employees).
Key Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP systems.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to address payroll-related inquiries and issues.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment, assisting with bookkeeping tasks if needed (not mandatory).
Team Environment:
• Work within a casual and friendly office environment.
• Join a team of approximately 7-8 onsite administrative staff who support and help one another to achieve common goals.
