We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients, and always ensuring a positive first impression of the school
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
- Provide calendar management support, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Maintain an organized front desk area

Qualifications
- Bi-Lingual in Chinese/English (Required)
- Proven experience in a receptionist or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for filing and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
